I have a question. Just converted to Pathfinder from 4th edition and noticed that I see only Paizo building modules and the society sessions. Does anyone know what happend to all the third party publishers like Goodman-games, Creative mountain games, or AEG? Who sided with who? Is their an open gaming license on Pathfinder and who is going to publish new adventures for Pathfinder or 3.X anymore? We went form having a huge realm of adventures to choose from, just curious who can write for Paizo?

A lot of companies stopped producing product when 4e was announced, partly because they weren't sure it would be a good idea to publish material for a system that Wizards wouldn't be supporting much longer, and partly because they didn't know if Wizards was going to have an OGL for 4e and what its terms would be.
There is an open license to create third-party material using the Pathfinder rules: Pathfinder Compatibility License
It had a stipulation that you couldn't publish material using the PCL logo/information until after the Pathfinder RPG went on sale in August. Now that date has passed, and we're starting to see third-party publishers creating material for Pathfinder.
Meanwhile, a few are continuing to publish material for 3.5 using the OGL, some are publishing 4e-compatible material using the Wizards GSL, and some are simply publishing. The material is out there.

AEG never fully supported DnD Rokugan. That was a decision Wizards fo the Coast made when they owned the Legends of the Five Rings IP during GOld edition. After AEG bought the rights back to it, they made their own game. This has become Legend of the Fives Rings 3rd Edition, and probably next Gencon they'll be releasing 4th edition.
And really 3rd edition was just a continuation of the 2nd edition (oriental adventures to DnD players) ROll/Keep system. The D20 aspects have been cut out entirely.

While the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Compatibility License grants 3rd party publishers the ability to publish material compatible with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, it does not and will not permit us to produce Pathfinder Society adventures.
There are several 3rd party publishers producing material for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. You can see the list of companies that have signed the Compatibility License here, and you can find published Pathfinder Roleplaying Game compatible products (PDF and print) here.
You can take a look at Pathfinder Roleplaying Game compatible material from us (PDF and print) here.

Thanks for the links and publishers on board. I just do not see any adventures being designed too much. ERP makes 1 on 1 adventures, Paizo makes society and the pathfinder series (by the way the society sessions are fantastic, and so are the gamemastery modules) Just looking for variety, guess Ill have to wait a bit. IThese things do take time. Bummer goodman-games didnt join on board, maybe in time they will find out what our group over 1 year of playing 4th found out.

I know at least some folks are making adventures:
* Not sure what his nickname is here but a person called Gamerprinter is creating some adventures set in his Japanese-like land of Kaidan. It's called The Gift and available now.
* One of these days I will be putting out one called Curse of the Emperor's Stone, also set in an Asian-like land. More on that later but you can take a look at a city map I recently finished for it (and a later setting book) here.
I think there are more but I don't know about them.
