Storage Capacity

Rules Questions

Out of curiosity, where can I find rules for equipment storage capacity (i.e., how many pounds backpacks, belt pouches, etc. can carry, max. capacity) in the Pathfinder Core Rulebook?

The last place I saw something like that was the 2nd edition Players Handbook :/

There was a RotG article (google it) for 3.0 games on WotC site.

In essence, it was a real world cheat sheet. So the DM is free to make real world limits stick.

I think the last table came in the 3.0 PHB.

I still stick a copy on my DM screen or ref. pad.

It was in the Going Metric (Part 4) article actually. I have that page saved as HTML on my desktop. :)

Well worth picking up while it's still easy to find, as is the Modern SRD, to fill in other information that wasn't carried forward to 3.5.

See the Equipment II file. It specifies volume rather than pounds, for which you may need:

Mass, Weight, Density and Specific Gravity of Bulk Materials

and:

Metric Conversions
