I am just going to start running this, and have sorted out most of the minis...I have also used minis from other companies (like GW, Enigma, Chainmail etc), did you want to know them as well?
I will work on the list for you this evening (it is afternoon here currently). Hopefully I will have some answer up for you tomorrow...at least for HotCK.

I love the paper minis, they fill in some of the gaps in the collection, but they have only been released for HotCK and HotB so far...would love more.

Wow, thank you sanwah68. That is exactly the kind of stuff that I was hoping to receive. I don't care for the paper minis. No particular reason and it's not hate or anything, but I just don't like them enough to use them. I do have an insane quantity of DDM figures and I can get Reaper minis for just a bit over cost from the FLGS, so I'm hoping to run a gam in which I have a mini planned for every monster and NPC that would reasonably be expected to be encountered in a combat situation. It's probably overkill, but we all need goals :)

Happy to be of assistance, why dupicate efforts when someone has already done most of the work.
Just a warning, I haven't, at this time, focussed too much on the later paths...one, because they are a yaer away in play-time, and two, because some of the critters are going to be hard to find (I am hoping the paper mini line comes through with some of them).
If you are happy to give me your email address I could send you the spreadsheet which outlines the critters and how many you will need for each module in the path. I have also done a spreadsheet listing all the magic items for each module as I am planning on giving out item cards for each item....I can send that as well.

Ok, just wondering if anyone else has any thoughts on the following from HotCK:
If I don't find an appropiate figure, I will do my default fall-back. Basically I cut the picture of the creature from a source, like the PDF of the adventure, then paste it into word and resize it to the appropiate dimensions. Print and cut it out, and viola, a representation. Also good thing to do for mounts as the character figures can stand on them to indicate they are riding, and when they dismount there is still a horse/camel there.
