Design a spellbook for Mammy Graul

Hey there helpful Pathfinder-Community,

one of my players plays a wizard and I want to let him find Mammy´s spellbook in "The Hook Mountain Massacre". I do not have much experience playing wizards so I would be very glad if somebody could design the spellbook for me and post it here. Maybe you could also use spells, which are not SRD but within books like "spell compendium" or "complete mage".

Have you already fought her in your campaign? Basically I am asking if she will be getting a new spell list or if the spells she has memorized will form the core of the book.

We have already fought her, so the spell-list should be the base for the spellbook.

I got me some help from one of my players and this is our suggestion:

Mammy Graul´s Spellbook

This hideous tome is wrapped completely in a strange kind of leather, crudely sewn together. On ist front, a grisly painting of a screaming face painted in reddish-brown color tells of the horrors written inside.

4th – bestow curse, contagion, dimension door, animate dead, stiffen (Exemplars of Evil; although this spell works as desribed in the book, it makes the target gradually more obese)
3rd – displacement, fly, summon monster III, vampiric touch, eyes of the zombie (Book of Vile Darkness)
2nd – blindness/deafness, false life, ghoul touch, mirror image, summon monster II, death armor (Spell Compendium), resist energy
1st – chill touch, grease, mage armor, ray of enfeeblement, reduce person, true strike, magic missile, unseen servant, silent image

We tried to select spells, which fit into the theme (unseen servant for example because mammy is really lazy and eyes of the zombie because this way, Mammy has a nice way of looking around in the countryside without having to move herself...).

I hope, anybody finds it useful and I am still curious, if there will be any alternative versions.

I think in the original manuscript Mammy was supposed to have
