Gen Con has been over for 4 days and my PDF is still screwed up.
I know you guys have nothing better to do than wait on us hand & foot, so what's the hold up?
From what I understand, there's one team frantically updating the PDF and another team frantically reinforcing the servers so they have a meltdown when the update is released--rather like the meltdown when the PDF was first released.

I believe they're also moving to new offices. It's been a crazy couple of weeks for them, I would give them until next week at least. :)

Gen Con ended on Sunday, the Paizo folks were supposed to be back on Monday but their flight (or, at least, one of said flights) was delayed until Tuesday.
More importantly, knowing who we're dealing with, having things not come out perfectly the first time is going to mean extra time spent on getting it right, so that the final PDF really is the final PDF, with any and all errors taken care of before it gets released.
And then the servers shall weep blood.

Even though GenCon ended four days ago, between Con exhaustion and the Stranged in Indy incident, most folks were not back in the office until yesterday.
In short, we're working on it and want to get it out to the world ASAP. In fact, I'm reviewing the revised PDFs right now. (EDIT: Please don't infer a timeframe from that statement. If I find problems, there gets to be another cycle.)

I can't set a firm date on it, but seeing as certain folk were finishing up work on the PDF when I made my invasion of the offices on Tuesday, I'd say it's just a matter of a day or two. But this is all unofficial speculation. A new problem coulda cropped up 'twixt now and then.
Believe me when I say that, while I was there at least, the PDF was a big focus for the day- this is, after all, Paizo's biggest release, and they're trying to keep it running as smoothly as possible, I assure you. Sometimes, actually, I think the Paizo staff should do tours just to show what a beast of an operation running a publishing company can be. Sure made me feel like a jerk for pestering Vic Wertz over various stuff regarding the paper minis line.
"Hey, Vic! Watcha doin'? Uh-huh. Well, drop all that stuff and upload this new minis pack that's, like, two months late. Oh, and I forgot to cut and paste the HTML code into the description again. Can you take ten minutes to fix that for me? K THX BAI!" :P
I promise you, a team of editing intern ninjas are, like, totally being beaten with copies of the core rulebook by Jason Bulmahn as I type this, their blood spattering screen and keyboard with every mighty blow, as he promises the sweet release of death when they finish editing that PDF. And how they crave finally shuffling off this mortal coil into oblivion.
