It's good to know I'm (we're) not alone in my suffering. : )

I preordered the Tome of Secrets, so I'll have that .pdf to look over at the least before Pathfinder gets to me (and I can't wait to look at the magic item generation system!).

I saw at least one person say they never got an email notice. Not sure which thread that was in. So, there might be hope.

Not sure if the status showed shipping or pending though. I would think if an email was not received, it is possible the status was still pending. But that might not be true.
