Its big. Its red. Its mean. Its my new Avatar (and its all mine)!

I am done with that Beta cover. The new book comes out in just over a week!

Edit: I would be remiss not to thank the Post Monster for this fine piece of work!

I just put this in the other thread you mentioned your new avatar, but it makes more sense here.

It would have been cooler if it had a beer can stuck on one of its teeth ;-)

Cool. Finaly a new Avatar. And it's mean :-)
edit: No beer can? Perhaps that's why he is mean, no beer.....I wonder what brand does he drink.

Congratulations on the new avatar... it looks good on you! Needless to say, no one deserves that particular avatar more than you do.

NICE!!!!

May I say what an awesome avatar it is

He drinks Please Don't Eat Us®

It tastes good and feeds his ego!

Pretty cool, although it's got nothin' on my...uh...slime? Ooze? Whatever that's supposed to be.

But... but.... but the book made you seem informative. And helpful. And lent an air that you were the absolute final authority on the rules. And sort of like a D&D version of the hitch-hiker's guide to the galaxy (the actual item that is) whenever you posted.

That's just another dragon and says 'I'm Jason Bulmahn, and my tyrannids and necrons are going to invite you for lunch next week...'

Seriously though, congratulations (must make sure you get your dose to avoid getting grumpy :D ) again on seeing through the Beta project; now comes the fun adn games of seeing if your rules are going to last a decade or more, as written.

The new avatar has a fear effect. May I get you something, Jason? May I knock over a few posters for you to eat as I flee abjectly?

The book said, test this. The dragon says, these are the rules. :D

~sighs~ Well, so much for you Water or Air bending. ~GRINS~ Gratz on the new Avatar!

It's cool and all (hey, it's a WAR), but I'd feel more comforted by a sagacious gold dragon icon. The red sort of says "No dissent!" with that angry roar and what-not. Not that avatars really ever convey much to a user's posts...

Speaking of avatars, who illustrated mine? I really like the style, and would love to see more of his/her work in Pathfinder. I'd also love to check out the artist's gallery if there's one up on line.

Is that really a quote from.... that film!

"hump or death, hump or death!"

Is it bad that I eagerly clicked on this thinking a new season of Avatar the Last Airbender was announced? It didn't even phase me that I was in a D&D forum, let alone Pathfinder RPG General Discussion.

OH! And sweet new Avatar. It's going to take a little time for me to get used to; I was a big fan of the old one. Looks like its about to Firebend...

Yours is from Pathfinder #6: Spires of Xin-Shalast. I don't recall the artist's name, sadly, though I know the picture is of a lamia cleric.

Nice to see that you are now a level 10 game designer :-))

Dang! I don't have that one. I'll have to see if I can figure it out. Thanks for the tip, though.

The 'contributing artists' listed on the inside front page are: Kevin Crossley, Vincent Dutrait, Andrew Hou, Kyle Hunter, Imaginary Friends, JZConcepts, Wayne Reynolds, and Ben Wootten.

So, one of those presumably drew Ceoptra, the lamia harridan in question.
