Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

Is the fanzine for sale? If not, does anyone know when it will be?

Thanks

I don't think it will ever be in hardcopy, unfortunately. However, a free PDF has been promised for download on the site within a week or so.

It says "Not for Sale" on the cover.

How about a free pdf download for fellow Paizoians who were down on their luck and couldn't come to PaizoCon?

Edit: Really!? Thanks, Patrick.

Cannot sell it, as it's released under the Community Use Policy. Those that contributed, advertised, or donated will get a hard cover.

The extra copies I have will be locked in a vault in an undisclosed location. ^_^

The PDF will be freely downloadable from the Paizo site soon(ish).

I paid to attend PaizoCon but then couldn't go. Is there a copy sitting someplace with my name on it? Can I pay to have it shipped to me?

I'm still waiting for Hugo to send me a copy...

I did actually wonder if the Con would be when a Pathfinder e-zine would be launched. Yes we've got KQ but with the best will in the world it's got... 'other' stuff in it.

So can we have Wayfinder as a full-on monthly Pathfinder e-zine for those of us who still lament the passing of Dungeon?

...I'll let Lilith answer this one.

Monthly would be a bit much, I would imagine. Those folks put a lot of time and effort into this one in a short period of time.

Kudos, btw, to all the contributors and especially Hugo and Lilith. Y'all really knocked it out of the park.

Yeah, Lilith would be the best person to answer this, though if there's a desire to make it monthly, or even just more often than once a year, I'll gladly volunteer to help out in any way I can. Though I think it would remain in PDF form if it were more often.

She has my sword, for what that's worth.

I got an email from Hugo.

As soon as we get the PDF from Hugo, we will put it up and make an announcement on the boards here.

Wayfinder sounds like a great fanzine, monthly would definitely be too much, most good fanzines are quarterly. (Usually because free art takes a bit longer than paid art.)

I can't wait to see the finished product, I'm blown away by the cover art!

Poor Hugo. He's got even more problems with air travel than I do.

Silver Crusade

Man, Hugo's certainly taking one for the team. He hasn't even had time to rest, eh?

This sounds like the germ of a d20 Modern Adventure. :)

I just skimmed through it and this is really awesome work guys. I'll give it a thorough read tonight/tomorrow and will have to post up some more detailed feedback.

I don't know if I have the time or the talent for what you are looking for on this, but I'd be happy to help on the next issue in any way I can.

For the last time, if Cthulhu, or any other alien from old worlds, want a copy, they'll have to download it online like everyone else.

Do you love Pathfinder? ... I said, DO YOU LOVE PATHFINDER?!

Yes? Okay, then. You have what they are looking for.

Heck of a great kid you have there.

Grand Lodge

meant to post this earlier...

checked out Wayfinder and... DANG! Wolfgang Bauer and Kobold Quarterly has COMPETITION!

That was VERY well done, more professional looking than most professional magazines.

If Lilith isn't going to keep it going, someone needs to step up and keep it alive. That was exceptional.

Shhh ... If he hears you, he'll ask for a raise.

Seriously, though. I really appreciated Lilith encouraging me to encourage him to participate. He found it challenging (as did we all).
