Chris Carey, James Sutter, and I are vegetarians; I'm sure Josh knows that if there were no vegetarian options (and "you can have salad" doesn't count) we'd stage a walk-out. Or a sit-in. Or a table-throw. Or whatever our weak, malnourished muscles could muster.

I had vegetarian on the brain when I selected this menu (it was a package deal) and this was the best I could do for the veggies given our budget for the dinner.

FARMERS MARKET BUFFET
Tossed Green Salad, Pasta Salad, Sliced of fresh Fruit Tray, Oriental
Chicken Salad, Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, fresh seasonal
Vegetables, Rolls and Butter
ROAST TURKEY BREAST-CARVED
ROAST SIRLOIN OF BEEF-CARVED
Chef's Assortment of Desserts
Starbucks Regular & Decaffeinated Coffee, assorted Tazo Teas

So, for the veggies we have:

Hey, you can just have (green) salad
Pasta salad
Fresh fruit tray
Roasted red potatoes
Fresh seasonal vegetables
Rolls and butter
Dessert

For the meat eaters we have:

OM NOM NOM NOM NOM
