Quick Question

Its been a while since I've been here, and I was wondering if I was remembering something correctly. I think that at some point I read that people who bought a print copy of a Paizo product would be able to download the PDF version at no additional cost. Am I remembering correctly?

If your a subscriber you get a free PDF. But if ya just buy a print version your out of luck.

On the plus side subscribers gain a discount.

Seeker is correct.

Pathfinder books that you purchase through a subscription come with a free PDF. Books that you purchase singly (i.e. not through a subscription) do not come with the PDF for free, it must be purchased separately.

However, we have ways of mitigating the expense if you're looking to get past volumes along with their PDFs. If you subscribe to the Pathfinder Adventure Path, you will get the Pathfinder Advantage after your first book ships out.

The Pathfinder Advantage is a 15% discount on everything you purchase through Paizo.com, with the only exceptions being non-Paizo PDFs. This makes catching up on your Paizo collection WAY more manageable.

Thanks,
cos

One last question. When you buy the subscription and buy an older issue of the Chronicles (say, the Guide to Korvosa), can you still download the PDF as well as getting the print version?

Sadly not. The subscription only applies to the current issues forwards. Although the Pathfinder Advantage discount would apply.
