My order # 1078390 is still pending. Was wondering if there was somthing wrong with the order like a back order I did not notice.

There is nothing wrong with the order. It is still pending because one of the items, Jolie Female Scribe, has an estimated shipping time of 5 to 11 business days. Today is business day 10 since the order was placed and, as far as I can tell, it should be going out today or tomorrow. If it still has not shipped by Monday, please let me know and I will take another look at the order.

Most likely its back ordered. The response for the humble stuff has been waaaaay more than the expected

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order, and it is one of the backordered Beginner Boxes. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused!

As the response to the Humble Bundle was much greater than we had anticipated, we went through our stock pretty quickly and are now working with our manufacturer to get a reprint of the product sent to us. We are currently expecting to receive this shipment around June, though it could be a bit earlier or later, depending on various factors. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused!

Your order should remain pending until we receive the reprint, at which point we will be fulfilling orders as quickly as we can. Once your order has been processed for shipping, our warehouse should send you a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.

Please note that we do not actually charge for your order until it ships out, so if you see something that looks like a charge on your account, it is most likely just a temporary authorization. Since the expected window for the beginner boxes has jumped from 2 weeks to 3 months, don't you think it'd be appropriate to issue a paizo.com download credit to tide us over?

I understand the logistics involved, but this is still very frustrating.

You should be able to see the download for the Beginner Box on your My Downloads page. It is available for everyone who donated. It will be under the header, "Paizo Inc.: Beginner Box".

I'm waiting for what's physically contained in the beginner box eg pawns, dice and flip-mat.

We know your website got completely overloaded with downloads and we know you didn't expect this offer to exceed your inventory. Still, for many of us this is our first experience with Paizo and its frankly been terrible.

Offering a store credit toward other products while we wait 3 months or more to receive these would seem appropriate.


I am wondering how I will know if my order is pending because i just tried to place an order for 3 hardback books yesterday and i got no indication of what is going on
