I'm about to embark on "Burnt Offerings," and I'm disappointed to see that there isn't a battle-size map of Sandpoint for the very first encounter. Has anyone made a map for this? Thanks!

I just have to say, I love everything about Paizo. They have the best products, and they have the best online community. :-)
There is an illustration on the first page of the Sandpoint chapter of Pathfinder #1.
I use a virtual tabletop, and if I had that first battle to do over again, I would just use that illustration as an isometric battlemap. It has a good part of the church square, area for the second encounter, and the White Deer all in frame.
As it is, I've been using the illustration as the map for most of my "around town" RP in the north of Sandpoint. I only wish I had used it for those first encounters, it would have been way more memorable.
I actually printed the northern half of Sandpoint in miniature scale. It covered half of my living room floor. I would post pictures of it, but I can’t figure out how that works :-(

All you could want, stuff you had no idea you needed until you saw it here, and everything else in between.
That thread contains the battle maps I first used for Burnt Offerings too. I can also heartily recommend Jason Bulmahn's set of Dungeon Tiles he designed for WotC - "Streets of Shadow" - as these work exceedingly well to set up the first encounters. There's even a freaking stage, with the only thing missing a dog sitting right next to it :)
Hello, I know this thread is a bit old... I'm getting ready to start RotR, Burnt Offerings, and all these maps are excellent. Bravo to the folks who created them!The maps I need most, "Combat map for Initial Assault, Goblin Pyros and Die, Dog, Die" isn't available as the Ning site where it's hosted in down.
Can someone repost or email to me the maps for these first three encounters. It would be greatly appreciated!
I know this thread is now older still, but if anyone else stumbles across it as I have, note that if you start at the end of the linked thread and browse backwards, you'll find slightly updated links to much of the material. I'm not sure those three are among said material, but I do remember a couple of "Sorry about the broken links, here are some new ones" posts.
Does anyone have the die dog die map? All the links are broken.
