Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

Dear Paizo,

I just wanted to give a heartfelt thanks to you for the work you have put in to making your products the quality that they are, and the sense of community you have developed with gamers.

While I know you would never disparage your competition in public, let's just say that certain "other RPG producers" have lately made some serious missteps in these regards.

I have downloaded some of the free PDFs previously, but I just paid for and downloaded the Pathfinder campaign setting, which I am excited to read, and I am anxiously awaiting the release of the Pathfinder RPG in August. Would that Paizo-Con was a little closer to the Wasatch Mountains and Salt Lake City (or that being a graduate instructor at a local university wasn't so time consuming).

Thanks again for being the type of company that can earn and keep its customers' loyalty.

Sincerely,

-Felonius "The Inner Dude" Orlando

Hear, hear!

Enjoy the campaign setting, it is truly a fantastic read!

(Doesn't everyone love Paizo-joy fests?)

Dear Paizo,

Wow! Yay! Thanks there. Glad to be of service. And hopefully the success of Paizocon II ushers the way for Paizocon Midwest, Paizocon East, Paizocon Europe, Paizocon Burundi, Paizocon Japan, Paizocon Australasia, Paizocon Siberia, Paizocon Atlantis, Paizocon Leng, and Paizocon Moon, in the coming centuries.

It this kind of thinking that has had so many gamers in my neck of the woods jump onbaord the Paizo ship.

Same here. And the respectful and professional way in which the paizo forums are moderated plays a big part too, not to mention the frequent constructive posts by Paizo staff :D

The Exchange

Amazingly enough, these boards are unparalled. I love the interaction we get with the staff. NDAs sure seem far away. A business that speaks to its customers without consulting a lawyer first. How do they ever survive?

The poster is on to something.

Cheers!

Oh a band wagon!*clambers on.* Thanks guys. You basicially entirely changed my entire perception of DnD from being a dull game about dungeon crawls and power gaming to seeing it that you really can do almost anything with it. I really do owe you guys a lot, thank you.

Don't forget Paizocon Scandinavia, which will be hosted by the infamous Balddude!

Ditto to what he said, particularly the part about Paizocon being closer to Utah.

but agree, thanks for the awesome and professional work everyone in Paizo do... I know we as players not always agree with you folks... but its part of the bussiness :

Welcome, Innerdude!

Are we thanking our favorite gaming publisher again?
Clambers on to bandwagon...or is it a moon rocket?

Somebody was thinking about Eddie Izzard.

He talks about druids on that page.

So count Yoda, me, Branding Opportunity, Gotham Gamer and Frehold DM in for Paizocon Cheliax (New York).

My favorite RP setting and mechanics. Ya done good, fellas. Can't wait for the finished product.

Anybody want to buy some barely-used 4e books?
