IF its possible I would appreciate it if you guys could extend the sale past April. I am on a fixed income and have spent my "Discretionary" money for the month. So if you could wait until May 3rd, or later, to end it I would greatly appreciate it.
No I do not use CC's. If your on a fixed income and using CC's your begging for trouble, eventually. So I pay in cash only, using my bank card.

I don't think you can pay with anything but a CC (I don't get any different options, but maybe that's just for us non-US-customers).
I also have a fixed income, but still have a couple of credit cards. You just have to watch your spendings.
I couldn't live without my CC. I couldn't get Pathfinder stuff for one thing, and other international stuff is quite hard without it (not everyone uses paypal).
But extending the sale for a week does seem like a good idea.

I don't have a credit card, but I do have a Visa Electron card, which works like an ordinary Visa, except you can't make a debit on it (it just gives you access to whatever you have on your bank account).
I carefully picked a card that was made specially with online payments in mind, and it works like a charm - I use it for all my online trades and only had one instance ever of the card being rejected (it was from some Russian mp3 store which was quite shady to start with anyway).
The way I avoid overpaying is that this card is connected to my second bank account which I load with the amount of cash I know I can spend on stuff. I was lucky to have a "make one account get second one free" promo in bank, so I pay only for one acc. Tee hee. :)

He is probably talking about something like a Visa debit card, which is Visa but is direct-debit. They don't work for things like car hire without a deposit, but you can normally buy stuff online with them the same as you can with a credit card.

He may have a bank card similar to mine. Every time I use my bank card I get 1% back. Stuff adds up!

If you're on a fixed income, or with little expendable income, you can still use a credit card. Just pay off the balance each month. This is a quick way to improve your credit rating, as well.

I may have bought into that 20 or 30 years ago, but I know better now. Its best to just never use them.

I think what Robert Miller is saying, is that he wants me to get the Katapesh pdf next month on sale. I like Robert Miller.
I'm saying I would like all of the PDF's on sale. For at least 72 hours into May, a week would be better. I have only the PF PDF's and two of the map packs. So I would like to buy 10 or so PDF's to catch up a bit on things I haven't bought.

I pay the balance each month as well, or rather, it's deducted from my bank account each month after I pass the bill.

Glad to hear that Robert!

Yep! I got 5 that I really wanted. Hopefully you guys will still be "slow" come May and I can get the other 3 or 4 I still want. Heck, I probably sat there for about 30 minutes agonizing over which ones to choose.
