Question on druids and weapons available.

Should druids have access to more weapons available than just what they've been ruled to have? What if they multiclass?

Is it unreasonable to think that a Barbarian/Druid should be able to wield a Spear and a set of Bolas?

Druids are given a specific set of proficient weapons - they are under no restriction regarding other weapons, only metal armor and shields. So if they multiclass, they're free to rock-n-roll weapons-wise.
