Will the Pathfinder Core Rulebook (set to come out in August of this year I believe) have prestige classes in it?
If yes then will there be more prestige classes in it than just what was shown in the downloadable web enhancement?
Will the core Pathfinder Monster Manual feature all the monsters from the previous 3.5 Monster Manual?
If yes then what sort of changes would Paizo have made to them to make them different or better?

Question #1: Yes.
Question #2: Dunno yet.
Question #3: No. Some of the monsters have already been eliminated from the first Pathfinder Bestiary.
Question #4: The ones that made the cut (along with some from Tome of Horrors apparently) will be updated to PfRPG, of course, but beyond that, we'll find out when the Bestiary comes out.
I would link you to the appropriate threads, but I'm tired, and it would take some time to find all the relevant Paizo staff posts on these subjects. I'm sure someone will linkify the answers for you, people are cool here like that :)
