I was thinking, and I thought, "Wouldn't it be cool to have a wall running mechanism?". I think I remember reading something about wall running in Tome of Magic (copyright Wizards of the Coast (and all thtat stuff)), but no real, solid mechanism is in the 3.5 cores.
Anyone have any suggestions to me or the Pathfinder team about its (possible) implications?

Hi Edje,
welcome to the boards.
<takes half eaten cookie out of pocket> Here, have one of Lilith's delicious cookies.
On to your question:
I would use it as a descriptive/cinematic effect. So if a monk tumbles past an ogre he speeds up, using the wall as a springboard, leaping over his foe.
In other words, use existing mechanics (like acrobatics) to describe certain effects.
I don't think we need a seperate mechanic for something like running across (or up) walls.

Not counting magic items all I can think of is the 3.5 SRD psionic feat Up the Walls and some of the skill tricks out of Complete Scoundrel.
