How would stat a small human and would you allow it as a base race.
These are not 1/2 human 1/2 something else they are 100% human they just only grow to about 2-3feet.
They'd obviously get the small traits, would you change anything else about the human template though?
I'd also be tempted to leave the attribute at +2 to any and not fall into the -2STR +2DEX for going small.
Thoughts ?
I just figured it might be nice if there was a universal small character option which could be adapted into any class.
Yes there are Gnomes and Halfings but they are geared towards specific classes and I figured since humans are the kings of versatile why not take it one step further and include size in that versatility.

If I recall right, I don't think permanent spell effects can be dispelled, only suppressed.

The other issue is how would you have access to the Spell Permanency at first level ?
and if you Dm is going to rule you can have it then why not cut out the middle man and just apply the small trait to human template ?
That's what I have done when I have statted human children or humans with dwarfism etc. I don't think this will be common enough in most campaigns to warrant any mention in the completed Pathfinder RPG though.

Is there really any point in adding additional rules if you're going to take the "Just do it anyway" approach?

I'd just like to point out that human children reach medium size (4') on average around 9 years old.

Of course I was referring to younger kids and unnaturally short persons, but it hasn't really been much of an issue.
