Is there any chance that we will see the warlock from complete arcane updated to pathfinder?
has somone already done it like they did with psions?
The Pathfinder classes are more powerful largely to balance them against the latter-day 3.5 classes like the Warlock. You can probably use that class in Pathfinder with minimal conversion.
It is closed content, so it won't be showing up in print anytime soon, but there's not much stopping you from using it. Certainly it is an easier class to convert to Pathfinder than it would be for 4e.

This is going to sound bad, but here goes, if you like the way Warlocks were written, then play fourth edition.
WHAT!
Seriously, I know this isn't a popular place to espouse 4e, and of course if your group isn't into it, well the most important thing is an enjoyable game with friend, the system doesn't matter (flame away but that is why I play, because at the end it is a fun social experience, be it 4e, Pathfinder, 3.5, 3.0, 2.0 etc. I've had fun with all of them, and while Pathfinder is my bread and butter these days, I'd welcome a game in any system.)
Back to my point, the Warlock could be considered the 4e beta, with effectively reliable reusable base powers (the eldrich blast) and then situational powers that were limited in uses per days, or effect to balance with the blast. The class has less powers, but could use them pretty much as much as needed. You could customize your build as you leveled to get the powers you wanted. Honestly, the Paizo Barbarian is a lot like the warlock (with rage powers) and likewise similar to 4e.
Anyways, as the above poster said the Warlock is closed content, but could be played as-is within the current Pathfinder framework. Just add feats 1/2 levels and fix the skills and go. Since Pathfinder is trying to raise the power level of core classes to that of the late addition classes you should find the warlock balances well against pathfinder.

Or just play your existing Warlock, almost exactly as he is, in Pathfinder.
Nobody is policing what intellectual properties you use in your game. The licenses only govern what companies can publish. I can say in earnest that the Warlock is compatible with Pathfinder RPG, and not 4e.

Um that is what I said, after my 4e/rpg rant
