The discounts have never previously been usable for subscriptions or preorders...

...which made it pretty darned hard to use the discount code I got with the 4E box, since pretty much everything I buy from Paizo is subbed or preordered.

Umm.. Jeff - when I looked at my total it applied the 10% off, in addition to my Pathfinder Advantage discount. Possibly it didn't go through with that, but it was displaying that way.

Actually, I believe that the discounts DO stack. Kind of. Basically, once you get to checkout, it takes 10% off your final total. So if you have the Pathfinder advantage discount on a $10 book, you would normally pay $8.50. But with the code, you would pay $7.65. $10 minus $1.50 for the Pathfinder advantage minus 10% or $0.85 off the total at the end. So they don't stack in that you don't get 15% for Pathfinder plus 10% for the Xmas special for a 25% discount, which would give you $7.50, but you do get 10% off the final order. At least that is what I BELIEVE it is supposed to do. Have I confused everybody yet?

Well, since Pathfinder Advantage doesn't apply to non-Paizo PDFs, you could use the 10% on a non-Paizo PDF, I suppose :)
