How'd you get the output to look so nice and neat? Did you do that yourself?
It does look nice.
I copied it (to present Sharoth with unified sheet designs).
To use it, take the "`" signs out of the Code Tags:

Happy Saturnalia/Religion-Specific holiday, everyone!
On straighter terms, I've decided I'll definitely take a look at that region-specific PFCS feat. My email is darksword_99@hotmail.com (name is a relic by now, but it works).
When I get home tonigth, I will e-mail you the info on both the area that this will be heald in and the feat. No time right now.
Yes, everyone is common enough to get common. ~grins~

Brother Seamus, the underfolk spell thief, is coming along.
Although I think that the underfolk ought to have a different name for themselves. At least this branch. Help me out, folks: why would a band of humans end up in the Darklands, long enough to grow accustomed to the place?
And so far, we have:
Jason ----- [Aldan] -- Human Wizard (Diviner)
Chris ----- [Brother Seamus] -- Underfolk Spell Thief
fray ------ [Kael Shornin] -- Whisper Gnome Psychic
Zeugma ---- [Idiah "4 Fingers"] -- Human Fighter
Shisumo --- [Merian Brenvalla] -- Human Favored Soul of Iomedae
W. Bard --- [Character name] -- [race] Enlightened Fist

Radiation, predation, and adaption. They have no choice BUT to become accustomed to the Underdark.

So, let's say that there was a ship of humans, kidnapped by surface slavers and bought by ghouls, to serve as slaves and food animals.
And let's say that, a decade later, the ghouls get wiped out by something that leaves the humans unharmed. But they're still in the Darklands, and they have no idea how to get back, other than a less-than-helpful "up".
So, they form a society based along the lines of a religious chapterhouse dedicated to, say, Sarenrae or Desna (or, hey, Kurgess). Not everybody's a cleric, of course, but everybody's a worshipper. And it's been stable for 300 years.
They don't call themselves Underfolk. They call themselves the Society of Kurgess, or Kurgesites.

SWEET!!! Good job! Then they encountered a Syberfyn and afer a bit became friends with them. Whisper Gnomes are Syberfyn's topside eyes and ears.

~pouts~ Not right now. Wok prohibits me from checking my personal e-mail while I am at work. I will check it out when I get home.

2 monks eh? Do you think we should coordinate our backstories or are we better off just being similarly schooled strangers?
Also, as much in bad form as it is I'm going away for Christmas with the family, and so I likely will be without internet access for the next week or so. I'll finish my character while I'm away and I'll be ready to jump straight in when I get back. You are welcome to start without me if you feel like it. Sorry about this.

Yeah I noticed that, I may have to think harder on it since I don't want to step on any toes nor be the second of one type. Let me think.

Sharoth, part of Turin the Mad's advice was
Lesson #9: Secret intelligence gives us some vague idea of the kinds of threats you will be facing. "
- Balance at +5
- Climb at +10
- Swim at +5
- Craft (carpentry) at a +10 or so
- Profession (sailor) at about a +15
- Knowledge (geography) at a +12 or better by at least one character
- 5 or more ranks in each of the following additional Knowledge skills : arcane, local, nature, nobility & royalty, religion and the planes
- Survival at about a +10
- Search at about a +10.
- The trapfinder/lockpicker will need about a +20 to Open Locks
- The 'face' will need about a +15 Diplomacy bonus as well as about a +10 Gather Information
- Spell-lobbers will want at least some modicum of Spellcraft.
Do you have a corresponding recommendation for this campaign?
Also, do you encourage us to get the "teamwork benefits" packages from PH2?

~shocked look~ You mean I can't wing everything? ~grins~ I was planning on giving you all some secret intelligence, once I had read a bit more of this monster. As for the teamwork benifits, let me get my copy of the PH II in the mail. I ordered it, but it hasn't arrived yet. However, having read it, I would say yes.
P.S. - The hardcopy hasn't arrived yet. I am expecting it either this weekend or early next week. I am reading the PDF, but to me a PDF is not quite as good as a printed copy. Plus I just pulled out my notebook to start writing my DM notes. I will add your request for secret info as well, so let me start to think on that.
| Sharoth |
Did you want to me to look up something in the Into the Darklands book?
fray,
P.S. - This is more for flavor, since I will not be using much of Into the Darklands for this campaign, unless we finish Castle Whiterock and want to do more. ~Evil Smile~

I have never had a bard in a party that I have played in or ran. How weird is that? :)
~laughter~ Understandable. Most people want more of the limelight than what a bard gives. However, I actually feel that they are more useful than most people give them credit for. They are pretty good buffers and debuffers. And having played CoH often enough, I know just how valueable that is. Healing is great, but being able to buff your team mates to the max or debuff a boss villain to the point of being almost a non-threat is very nice. Yes, Clerics and Mages do a better job, but this way you can stack buffs / debuffs. SO in my book a buffer / debuffer is a good thing. Plus bards have other bonus abilities.

This is my character name and avatar I'm trying out for the PbP. Jason (or anyone), how do you get a homepage for your character stats?
If you're refering to the link in my profile that takes you to a different page with his statblock on it, i simply used google docs to type it up, then published it when i was done. It was all done in google docs.

I actually stole the original version from Vic Wertz, during RPG Superstar last year.

Thief! Nasty Bagginssss! Whats in his pockettsssssss!!!! We hatessss you! We hatesssss you forever!
| Idiah |
Google docs? Hmm...haven't used those before. I think I'll just stick with the Paizo profile for now and figure that out later.
I added a backstory on Idiah's profile page. You can look it over and see if it meshes with the other backstories. If it doesn't I can change it. I figured the most important part was having some sort of connection to Molthune but I kept the connection a bit vague so Sharoth can decide what fits best.

Very Strange, I was thinking Monk at first because I never ever play them and had an Idea for a Dwarven Monk. But Bards can be quite fun I am actually half way stuck between a Combat oriented Half-elf or a more traditional Gnome.

I have not forgotten you all. I have just been busy. So far I like the character writeups. I am working on ways to get you all together. I will also try to have a basic writeup sometime tomorrow night, barring any callouts. Keep up the good work you all!

a single divine caster (who can't spontaneously convert to healing spells).
Just thought I'd comment on this: favored souls are spontaneous casters, the divine equivalent of sorcerers, so I'm perfectly capable of dropping all four spell slots as lesser vigor if needed. We should be fine on the healing front, I think.

Plus if you all play it smart, then the healing will not be as needed. Think before you act and realize that not everything can be won through combat, depite this being for the most part a dungeon crawl.
