Can you make a sneak attack with supernatural abilities; such as a specialist wizards abilities?
Do wizards gain school abilities and bonus spells as their wizard level increases or their caster level in the case of a wizard with a prestige class?
What are the feats careful targeting and exact targeting? Ranger- archery combat style feats
Can a spellcaster / rogue deal sneak attack damage within a ray if he is within 30 feet?
if he is flanking?
if he is not flanking and his spell has verbal components?

1. most attacks that have actual attack rolls can add sneak attack to damage (you cant flank with ranged and with Hand of the Apprentice, so better hit them when they are deprived their DEX)
2. wizard school abilities would most probably NOT increase with leveling in prestige classes ( a reason for sticking with base wizard class for 20 levels)
3. a good question (careful and exact targeting feats) I am assuming they were cut feats, im sure this has been discussed on another post.
4.you can sneak attack with rays if within 30ft
- cant flank with ranged attacks
- as long as the spell doesnt have a full round casting time, im pretty sure you can cast a spell from hiding. once the spell is cast, however, you are no longer hiding (you get -20 to your stealth roll to snipe,to retain in hiding) any spell with an actual attack roll would get sneak attack if you enemy is flat footed (cheeky as it is)
