One of my PC find a pipe of haunting during his adventure. He wish to use it, so he spent time to work with (and gain some ranks in perform, knowing that he's a rogue).
In fact, if he would used this pipe, everyone, including his friends, have to make a save or must flee or it's just against the foe?
I wish to find and give him, if the pipe is against all persons near (30 feet) of him, another pipe like an inspire courage or something like that. Do you know some pipe that give bonus to the PC (when it's not a bard who play)?
