Does anyone know if Energy Immunity has a level adjustment?

Does anyone know if Energy Immunity has a level adjustment? And if so, how high of a level adjustment?

well, i know only one low-LA race with energy immunity:

arctic dwarf from races of faerun, has immunity to cold an LA+2(mainly because of that imunnity, although he has +4 Str)

I am starting to wonder if the LA for Energy Immunity is conditional or not. In an arctic setting that involves Faerun's Arctic Dwarves, their immunity to cold is a big advantage. But in a non-arctic setting, their immunity to cold only comes into play when they are attacked with spells with the cold descriptor, and special attacks and weapon equalities that do cold damage. And I don't think the DM who is controlling the monsters and villanous NPCs is going to throw such attacks at an Arctic Dwarf PC. Instead, the DM is more likely to have them use energy types to which the character is not immune to.

So for the Arctic Dwarf, would the LA be a +2 only in arctic conditions and +0 for non-arctic conditions? Or just +2 all the way?

Actually, an objective DM won't use DM knowledge of a PC to change his attacks, until the NPCs actually notice the immunity, same thing with Magic Missiles and Shield...An objective DM is a good DM.
