Missing Prestige Classes

Where are the Archmage, Blackguard, Dwarven Defender, Hierophant, Horizon Walker, and Thaumaturgist?

All gone
*Archmage and Hierophant=No longer needed as high level class now fill that role
*Blackguard=Didndt fit may be reworked as a base class later
*Dwarven Defender,Horizon Walker, and Thaumaturgist=They just ran out of space for now.

Actually try Complete Warrior, they did an update on it in that book.
