Index Needed for the final book

I thought I should post this here since in my gaming with both the alpha and beta the one thing which can be cumbersome is not having an index to quickly look up rules and such during a game. If this could be added to the final release that would be great. I am curious if I am the only one who feels this is needed?

Love the Pathfinder rule set and will be playing it for some time. Have 5 players and 3 have bought books so far. Trying to convince the other to get it buut they are waiting for the final release in 2009.

I sure second this request. Indexes are extremely useful.

In addition to an index, I would also like to see a reference list for wondrous items listed by slot, similar to what the Magic Item Compendium had in the back of the book. It is very handy to be able to see everything that is a belt in the same spot.

I very strongly support this request. As far as I'm concerned, not having an index would be like missing out a core class. An index doubles a book's ease of use, especially for newer players. I've never forgiven WotC for producing books without them.

Allow me to add my 2cp, I agree that an index is an extremely important part of any book. The ability to find exactly where the part you need is actually a time saver and fun extender. A DM or Player will spend less time flipping through the book trying to find a reference and more time playing the game.

So add my vote to the chorus of people wanting an index.

Too many times have I found a table of contents not going deep enough into sub sections or having a rule hidden under a less than obvious heading. It's especially important when trying to look up a specific term that is referenced under one topic but detailed under another.
