As many of you know, we were expecting to receive Pathfinder #14 in our warehouse this week. Unfortunately, we learned today that the shipment has been selected for a detailed screening by U.S. Customs, and that it will therefore be delayed by approximately two weeks. As a result, we're now hoping to be able to ship subscriber copies at the end of September or the beginning of October.Please note that we have not actually charged any cards for Pathfinder #14; as always, we will not charge your card until we actually ship your order. (Some banks may show that we obtained an authorization to charge your credit card, but we have not processed the actual charge.)

If it is delayed till next month I'd also like mine shipped/combined with the next installment, I've nothing against saving a couple dollars on shipping charges :)
I understand that billing may become an issue with this request, but would it be possible to download the pdf at the scheduled shipping date rather than waiting until the book actually ships?

Just charge me for it now, print out my mailing label and put it on an empty envelope with a post-it that says what should go in there eventually, and plug the issue in when it arrives. I think that will be sufficient to keep the warehouse monkeys occupied for the next few weeks.

Thanks for the heads up. Its better to learn about bad news early, than to continue to see delays on shipping.
Since I am an international customer, can I get my Pathfinder 14 & 15 shipped together (especially if it saves me on shipping)? Sounds like you guys might already be looking at that. Even if there is a week or two difference, that is minor in comparison to the money saved.
Also if there is anyway to get my hands on the PDF early that would be great. I would be willing to be very flexible in terms of getting charged early to view the PDF early. If this is too hard, then don't worry about it.
In any event, please keep us posted on the progress.

I too would be interested in having 14 and 15 shipped together....but only if possible
Since our friendly goverment decided to delay this shipping I was wondering also if their was any way to get the pdf file at least? I realize that it's not your fault on this issue.

Just to let everyone know, it looks like the two Pathfinders will be more than three weeks apart from each other. We should get Pathfinder #14 at the very end of September, and Pathfinder #15 is scheduled for October 25th or so. So we won't be combining those two Pathfinders unless something more crazy happens with #14. In general, we won't wait to send a subscription unless the next product is about 7 days away or so.
