I suggest you create a web enhancement with the useful conversion :
> a guid to convert prestige class (transform 0-level to at will, give new domain, needed feat : Tracks ... )
> Monster Manual races : Drow, Svifnerblin, Gnoll, Orcs ...
> Psionic rules : races and classes
In particular, say when NO CONVERSION is necesseray it's a good idea (example : "prestige don't need conversion, but you must change the skills"
Their stance on web enhancements is that they sadly won't do any - not out of bad will towards us, but because they're a lot of work, and Paizo has more than enough work on their hands.
That having been said: PrCs are already on schedule as an additional release. Not necessarily a web enhancement as such, but some of the stuff that belonged into the beta all along but didn't make the cut.
I don't know whether the player races will be done, and I'm relatively sure that Psionics will have to wait for quite some time, though.
In the meanwhile, I suggest we all band together and tackle some of that stuff ourselves.
