[Bug] Ranger Class Bonus Feats: Careful / Exact Targeting

Unless my Control-F screwed up, these feats don't exist, but they are on the ranger's combat style feat list.

I figure that they were merged into Pinpoint Targeting.

Careful and Exact targeting allowed you to reduce, then negate, the benefits of concealment and cover. Pinpoint originally used these mechanics and also negated the armor/shield bonus to AC.

In the Beta, the cover/concealment negation has been removed from Pinpoint Targeting, and Careful/Exact have gone away.

these feats should be replaced with other archery feats though to keep in form with the two weapon fighting branch.
