When buying skill ranks, are the number of ranks you can have in a single skill capped by level like in 3.x? I couldn't find a mention of it in the beta book, so I'm thinking it isn't, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

From the Beta Skills chapter:
These skill points can be spent to purchase ranks
of any skill, but you can only acquire a number of ranks in
a specific skill equal to your total Hit Dice.
