Hey all,
It looks like the one-file-per-chapter version of the PFRPG download in my download page isn't complete. The ZIP file only contains the back cover PDF (size 2.3 MB). However, the single file version seems OK. Don't know if this is affecting everyone or just me, but I thought I'd mention it.
Thanks!
Mike

I've fixed this problem. You may need to sign out and sign back in, and you will need to re-personalize the file.
Thanks Gary!
Worked like a charm, and I got it downloaded before the rush!
Hope the rest of your day is smooth sailing! :-)

Stegger, I've checked the link for your personalized single-file download of the beta, and have successfully downloaded it twice now, and it's not the alpha 3.
Is there a possibility you have some weird proxy or caching on your end, or are you misplacing the .zip file or the unzipped contents? The result of the download should be a .zip containing two files. (I know it's called "single file" but it's really two files: one for the beta, and one for the web supplement.)

Every time I download the pdf's in either version, I only get every other page? The pages are there, but no writing is present. What can I do?
Thanx
Are you by any chance using an out-of-date version of Foxit as your PDF viewer? That sounds like a bug they fixed a couple of months ago.

Hi there,
unfortunately PFRPG Beta doesn't show up at all in my download section.
I added the pdf version to my shopping cart (both in IE and in Firefox) - to no avail. By now I "ordered" it thrice (see order history) and still no download.
Could you please point me to whereever the file should show up in my download section or correct any technical problems with my account?
Thanks!
Kind regards,
Günther

Guennarr, it's about halfway down your My Downloads page. The Beta replaced the Alpha. If you do a find on that page for "beta" you'll scroll down to it.
Hello Gary,
thank you very much for pointing out the whereabouts of the files.
Silly me assumed that any new files should be listed on top of the downloads...
(...) I just want to express my sympathy for Gary. You're a true soldier, everyone else is playing about at gencon and you're fixing our little download quirks - respect is due!
I totally agree with Geraint. Poor you having to man the office during GenCon.
Cheers,
Günther

I had the same problem yesterday and actually eliminated my shopping cart (with nearly $200 in it) so I could "order" it. Now, I can't find all the items that were previously in it.
