I started ordering my Pathfinders through my local comic book store.
BUT, I got PF #7, 8, 10 and 11.
It is distributed through Diamond and my store is waiting.
Does this mean I will not get #9?
If so I'd like to know before I can't find it anywhere else.

interesting... I just checked Diamond's shipping page from the store I work for, they don't list it as unavailable...

Diamond bought quite a few copies of Pathfinder #9 from us (as well as all of the rest of CotCT), so they should have it in stock and ready to ship to your comic store.

I ordered "Conquest of Bloodsworn Vale" through my local comic shop. It's been almost a month now... nothin' yet. Not sure which end things are slow on. Even though I could get the Pathfinder Advantage here, I wanted to give 'em a bit of love and buy the occasional Paizo module through them since I recently cancelled 2/3 of my comic pulls and, as I'm not a 4E guy, I'm not purchasing hardcover gaming books from them now on a regular basis as I had before.
On the bright side, I was in this past Wednesday when they were unpacking their arrivals for that week, and saw two copies of PF #11. Not sure if those were special orders or general stock, but I hope they'll be stocking more Paizo goods. I've certainly encouraged them to do so and am sending friends there to buy.

another thing to ask them is if they are ordering the modules through alliance or diamond... comics shops get orders through diamond every week (thier comic pull) but many only order through alliance (diamond's sister gaming distributor) once a month.
