...why isn't druid a racial class for gnomes?
I loved the fact that sorcerer was made a racial class - that fitted. It always struck me that halflings were the chatty singy race rather than gnomes.
I'm just creating a PF gnome druid and as I've been going through the racial abilties they just scream that they are nearly sorcerers/druids anyway!
Any opinions?
Not much to say other than I agree. It would be nice to see a druid as a favored race for someone... though the half-orc druid works for me also.
It seems the remake was for one martial class plus one caster class for each race. The gnome was a bit of an aberation... the small rogue is the halfling. What about ranger?
I would have liked to see Ranger as the Halfling's other class, actually, given the race's affinity for ranged (thrown) weapons and riding dogs (animal companions). Also, it'd give Belkar more hits points.

Yeah, I agree. I'd make it bard and rogue for halflings (if it isn't already; hard to keep track sometimes!)

Actually.... I totally agree with this. It goes against the whole 1 martial/ 1 caster class but really, it just makes sense. Halfling rangers, gnome druids. I can deal with then sticking to sorcerer instead of wizard (illusionist) but druid works much better than bard.
