To add to what David posted, James Jacobs revealed it at the Pathfinder Tuesady night chat this week. He also provided an interesting answer to a question which I asked him regarding djinn/efreets. (:w00t::w00t::dance2::D , in Paizo chatroom emoticon parlance, news about Golarion!)
Edit:
At some point Lilith (if she has not already dones so) should have transcript of the chat posted.

I believe that the response might have had something to do with the city of Brass, or something quite similar, and the elemental plane of fire, or paizo's interpretation of said elemental plane, which I hope has an actual name as opposed to just an elemental plane.
Edit: Of course this was right when I was leaving the chat so I could be wrong and not have seen the question, or responce at all.

and yet you never state the response you recieved...
I am taunting the director of marketing, so unless/until he sees the transcript, he will not know what the Pathfinder editor spoiled! True, this is a very foolish course of action, given that the director of marketing is an iconic wizard, but my Wisdom score is not exactly optimised and I consider it fair game for all the water-torture release of facts which in the execution of his Real World job he torments posters with on a daily basis.
Ummm, and they seem to have moved the transcripts of the chats around since I last looked for them.
But basically:

How can i say, i've played for a group of character this campaign it took one year to finish it. That a really great campaign with nice discover for the player.
But i've to say that "the final wish" was "checkmate in 3 turn", with the good use of wish, (the PC and the NPC used Pathfinder rule). Experienced player are really aware of what to do with wish, and they keep the one that the marid offer them. And Jhavul died after the surprise round and one round of fight.
with a careful reading of wish spell, they prepare their fight and it didn't take long as you can see, i don't know if DM live that ending, tell me if you see that such end.
if someone want to know how they do i can explain, but if your read the spell i think you will find how they do, in fact they use 2 wish, the one of the Djinn and the one of the marid
