High-Level Play and the Character Sheet

Multi-part question, that I'm asking primarily to those who have PLAYED in a high-level campaign. (Level 13+)

First, what character sheet do you use? Self-Made? standard 3E sheet from the Player's Handbook? Mad Irishman's?

Second, does this sheet fit your needs at high level play? Do you find that the sheet that worked perfectly at lower levels becomes cumbersome to use once you pass a certain level?

Is a sheet that tries to work for all classes at all levels an attainable (or desirable) goal?

I use a custom front sheet, and the standard back page (for low levels).

If anyone is interested, the custom front page I'm using now is here. (http://rapidshare.com/files/129753575/Character_Sheet.pdf.html)

It includes some changes for various house rules, sorry about that, if anyone is interested I'd be happy to throw together a non-house ruled one.

At higher levels, I'll sometimes supply custom pages to replace the second page, with more room for a particular classes abilities, spells, etc.

The standard front page really doesn't have enough room for modifiers, even at low levels. And it can be a pain as a DM to keep everyone honest, and to avoid having anyone make a mistake. "Did I add my +1 to a stat at level 4? No, well shoot, I guess I'll add it now then." "I just forgot to erase that stat bonus when I gave the +con item to someone else." etc. etc.

The back page is fine, for most classes, until 10 or so, but you really start running out of room for abilities around then. After that, you either keep notes seperately or break out a custom back page.

I would love to see the Beta include additional, optional character sheet pages, for casters, wild shape, animal companions, etc.
