Under bonus feats for fighters, it says that they can be chosen from either fighter bonus feats or combat feats. Combat feats are listed in the feats chapter, but as far as I can tell the list of fighter bonus feats is nowhere to be found.
Am I just missing it? Hopefully this was included in the beta version.

Thanks but this was a question specifically about the Pathfinder Alpha 3 release - that is why I put it in this forum.
The 3.0 PHB had a list of all fighter bonus feats in the fighter section of classes chapter. I thought that the 3.5 PHB had the same thing in addition to the note at the end of each feat like you mentioned, but apparently not.
The problem is that in the Alpha 3 release there is no list and none of the General feats have a note like you mentioned. Even some that are fighter feats in 3.5 such as Combat Expertise and Improved Trip have no such note in the Alpha 3. So going by RAW for the Alpha 3 release the only feats that can be taken as fighter bonus feats are combat feats.
Add to that the fact that Paizo has said that they are removing combat feats as a separate feat type in the beta and things could get messed up.

The list is the old one. They probably didn't reprint it because it didn't change.
In the Beta, they will have a special designator: Combat. The current mechanic (one combat feat per round) will be gone, and feats a fighter can take as a bonus feat will be Combat Feats.
(And maybe they'll get a little something, too, something especially for fighters. It was already said or at least applied that some of the concepts from the Books of Experimental Might will make it to Pathfinder, since Monte's working on Pathfinder, and BoEM2 had a concept where feats would grant extra abilities to fighters if they took them as fighter bonus feats.)
