all the other orders were always shipped one-two days after placing the order, this one was placed a week ago and it's still "pending".

are all of the good paizo products? if not look on the product page for the 'usually ship from our warehouse in #-# business days' many of the non paizo products have to be shipped to the warehouse from a distributer before they can be shipped to you.

The Captain is correct (as usual).
The product you ordered has a shipping estimate on it's product page which states that it "Usually ships from our warehouse in 8 to 16 business days".
We received your order on 6/14, and it is in the shipping queue to go out in the next day or two.
