I'm pretty sure it's the free version. The print, i believe, will only be cheap.

This 16-page adventure will initially be made available for Free RPG Day, June 21, 2008. The print edition will be available to order on June 23, 2008, as will a free PDF edition. The print edition of this product is limited to one per customer. It is not included in the Pathfinder Modules subscription.

Well, we had last year's Free RPG Day module in stock for a few months. I don't know if this one will last as long or not, but I doubt it would disappear anywhere near that fast.

Currently, no. We're working on letting you add non-subscription stuff to subscription shipments, but things keep getting in the way...
