Multiple questions.
1) Why does the turn outsider and elemental not actually turn outsiders or elementals. Cording to the feats they only do damage with no chances to make them flee.
2) Would adding "turn animal" were they have a chance of fleeing or control be too much to add to the animal domain power.
3)Why can't druids have a "turn animal or plant" as a class power?

Turn (i.e. damage) animals wouldn't make sense to a druid. A blighter druid, maybe, but not a normal one. A dominate version, on the other hand, might work. But I'd say druids aren't about forcing their will upon nature. They're more the "Hi, I'm the nice guy who helps you all the time, Nati, could you help me out right now" guys.
