Transmutation

Hi I am new here just looking how the new 3.P will look like. What I have seen looks great.
Just have a question will there be any changes to the transmutaion school I think the school is nearly as brocken as the necromany school.
Are there any changes planed? For Example it tooks 2 rounds to become to stone?

Nobody does know? No changes planed?
I hoppe they will change something.
In our compain Transmutain was the necromany of the good wizards.
With the change to necromany it looks like this spells will be much overpowerd.


To be honest I have no idea what you are talking about. 2 rounds to stone? Transmutation is one of the better schools of magic but not seriously broken.


I mean if you have so many rule books like I have. Verything original!
The wizards can push his saves to unbelivable high levels so nearly nobody has a chance to win his save. This makes this school so powerfull hit or die (being out of combat) effekt.

Certainly they're not going to change anything that's not in one of the Core rulebooks.

I think the general guideline I'd use is "when in doubt, assume things are not going to change much". ;-)

As Hogarth said PfRPG cannot fix stuff outside of core.

You might try running a campaign where players have less money and less access to magic (as in they can have very little beyond what is distributed in treasure).
