I've tried to download PF#10 several times, and when I try to open the zip file, Adobe reader (8.12) gives the error message that the file is corrupted. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Reader, but the problem remains. I can open previously downloaded issues just fine; it's just #10 that I can't access. I'm not sure how I might be doing anything wrong, since I downloaded issues 1-9 with no problems. Have you had similar reports from other customers? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

You'd be the first. Can you try a different unzipping utility?

PbemDM,
I just repersonalized, downloaded, unzipped, and opened your Pathfinder #10 (single file, because that appears to be the one you had downloaded) PDF with no errors. I would suggest that you repersonalize, redownload and try unzipping the file with a different decompression utility (as Vic suggested). Let me know if this works for you or not.
Thanks,

Thanks for all the effort and advice, everyone. In the end, I used a different computer to download the file and unzip it, then moved it to my laptop, which is apparently where the problem exists. I can read the file just fine now, so it must be my unzip application. I have no idea how to fix/change it, but that's not your problem, of course.

It may not be, but I think I can help (or at least offer some suggestions):
I haven't used it myself, but I have heard that 7-zip is a free, powerful, and easy to use decompression utility. It's an open-source program, so the "easy-to-use" part may be open to interpretation, but I have this recommendation from a pretty good source.
I personally use WinZip. This one is pretty straightforward. It is not free, but there is a free 30 day trial.
There are many other unzip utilities for Windows machines available, as well. Just google "decompression utility".
If you use a Mac machine, your choices are considerably fewer. Vic (the Paizo Technical Director) generally suggests Stuffit Expander. This is the utility I use here at work (since they make me use a Mac), and it works just fine (see my above post). Mac OS 10.3(?) and above also comes with a built-in decompression utility which works as well.
Good luck on your search!
thanks,

Actually, I recommend Apple's default unzipper; I only recommend StuffIt Expander if you're having problems with Apple's unzipper.
