I am uncertain if this is one of the other 30 acrobatics threads I saw but I have an issue with acrobatics. It allows you to avoid AoO's as Tumble but at a higher DC (15 + BaB of your opponent). It says nothing of reducing speed by 1/2. Is this an omission or an actual change in rules? I can't really see being able to tumble as fast as you walk until you are a really skilled acrobat.

There hasn't been an answer on this yet, has there? Omission or rules change? Because my group needs to know.
If tumbling still reduces speed by half, I'd also like some clarification on whether it reduces it by half for the entirety of the movement, or only the spaces tumbled through. This is one of the issue in 3.5 that has never been very clear to my group. We play it as only doubling the cost to move through the spaces where you actually threaten, but I swear my reading puts it as for the entire movement.

Give it a little time, it is the weekend. They technically have those off, but they often work them anyway due to deadlines. They also got thousands of pages off to the printers (for GenCon) this past week.
Just give it a little time...
Guys, when you do get around to answering this, could you also verify if trip attacks with weapons do or do not provoke AOO's?

I wasn't expecting an official response right away...but I thought I'd at least get some completely uniformed opinions, questionably reasons assertions, and completely spurious skylarking.
Gamers, thou art disappointing me.
Though I could really use an answer by Tuesday. Tuesday is game day.
