Man, I live in China, and despite the fact that some of my stuff takes that extra beating it's well packed and suffers little for it.

The only times I ever had problems with an order, they were willing to fix it and quick and friendly about it. Mistakes happen, willingness to fix those mistakes is a mark of excellence. Plus, the Paizo peeps are cool. :)
