I agree that they need a bonus for having the abilities and i also agree that the new size bonuses are too limiting, the existing bonuses make more sense in my mind.
Combat manoeuvres have almost ceased to be tried in my play test so far, characters are finding them too difficult to achieve. I think this is to do with the base being 15, 10 seems a more achievable level to keep the success rate the same as before, unless of course the general feeling was that the success rate was too high before.
As a DM I was only realy annoyed by disarm, the other CMB (even grapple) seemed to have the correct level of difficulty.
