Hey all first post woot...
just a quick query really so hope is in the right place. and sorry if its already been asked but i havent got the time to trawl : )
ive attempted to download on a number of occasins the pathfinder alpha releases but with all of the versions ive atempted so far thy have always been corrupted i.e theres been half a picture on one page or they havent fully loaded and then acrobat cant read certain parts. long on short is it doesnt download correctly.ive tried doing it with both thr print and normal versions but its the same for each.
has anyone got any ideas or advice?or will i just have to wait for the hardcover relaese : (

first of all welcome.
Could you help us help you by posting some information on your system? What operation system and what type of pdf reader are you using? Have you downloaded the regular or the printer friendly version?
I'm pretty sure the most recent version of Acrobat Reader (8) works fine with the alpha documents. They work for me anyway. Try that first.
Another cause I can think of is system memory. If you're using an older system it might have trouble rendering a document the size of the alpha playtest. Try the printer friendly version if you haven't allready. It should render better.

Im using acrobat reader 8 so should be no probs there.
my system is a core2duo e6400 2.14 with 4gb of ram and a geforce 8800gts
using windows vista 32
ive tried both the printer friendly and the other one for both alpha 2 and alpha 3 and same probs with both

What browser are you using? If Internet Explorer, try downloading FireFox and see if that changes things. If you have problems downloading Firefox than you may be having some real issues.
