This probably isn't a help, but if you can print to PDF you could print the selected pages. Typically you would need Adobe Acrobat Distiller, or PDFWriter.
Open Office can print to PDF - so you could go a supremely long route of taking screen shots, pasting them into Open Office Writer (Word equivalent) and then printing to PDF.
Or you could get your DM to signup and download it for free, like I made all my players do :)

What about doing the screenshot and sending the pics to the GM? A couple of detours less.
The part about copy and past text is good, too.
You could also get some program to remove the protections, and then use adobe acrobat or some other program capable of manipulating pdfs, but those all cost money.
There's other PDF printers out there, some of which are free, I think. You could use one to print the relevant pages from acrobat into a pdf made by one of those virtual printers. I'm not quite sure that works, though: I know that Acrobat doesn't allow printing with its own PDF writer. Could be you can fool it with another program, but I'm not sure.
In the end, my favourite is the cheapest one: Majuba's suggestion to get your GM to get the whole PDF.
