Take a look at my druid thread. I came up with some things for the druid pertaining to these issues. It's a long post...be forewarned, but it addresses all the usual druid balance of power issues.

It says the druid uses the Beastshape spell, which says what abilities you can make use of, but I cant find what attacks you would use in the Beastshape? Am I proficient with these attacks?
It says in the overall description of the Polymorph subschool at the beginning of the chapter -- you get the natural attacks of the form assumed.
And, if my druid takes the Plant Domain can he add half his caster level to the damage of natural atacks?
Not natural attacks, only unarmed strikes. So if you were wild shaped into a wolf, you could make a thorny head-butt. :)
