This may have been addressed, but I did not see it in my browsing of threads. Could I get a clarifaction on Minor/Major Magic. By taking this talent, does a rogue get to cast any 0-lvl or any 2-lvl Wizard/Sorcerer spell 2/day or should there be some kind of additional notation about the spell is chosen at the time the talent is picked? Or is there supposed to be a notation about the spell is chosen at the beginning of the day and cannot be changed until the next day?
Does anyone else think this is too vague or am I missing something?

I read it to mean that the rogue chooses a specific spell, since it says "This spell can be cast 2/day..." instead of saying "This ability [to use any one spell] can be used 2/day..."
But the wording does seem a bit vague. It would be better if the ability explicitly said something about choosing a specific spell somewhere in its description.

I concur with Epic Meepo's interpretation of the ability. I see it as a way the rogue can get Detect Magic and Identify, and not get herself knocked aside when the Cleric or Wizard casts Detect Magic and sees a glowy thing.
I was both suprised and amazed to see it appear as rogue talents - but cannot voice how much it DOESN'T throw play balance off. If anything, the rogue gives up a potentially more useful adaptation to be able to have limited magic use. I'm not sure that I'm happy with it being arcane only, but I can always house-rule Oliddimara in there if I feel like it.
I had more to say on this topic, but lost it in the crossing of the mental streams. Sorry.
