I've just gone through the new release, and although I've noticed a lot of changes and additions, I didn't notice that many if any of the changes were suggestions brought up in the threads on these boards, except, perhaps, the return of Skill Points.
Of course, I haven't meticulously combed through the boards, so I'm sure I missed stuff.
So I put it to the community. What differences between the two releases were first suggested here on the boards?

I can't say that I was the only, or even the first, but I did suggest making Paladins masters of auras.
It's the big question with a lot of popular ideas: Who mentioned them first? Did we have to suggest them?
Take sorcerer bloodlines. I'm sure a lot of people have asked for them, but were they done because of that, or because the idea has been eround for some time now?
Changing polymorph to specific spells with explicit benefits to prevent ridiculous powergaming concepts?
Getting rid of XP as a resource?
All stuff people have been talking about, but it's possible that they had those in mind before we started talking about them here.

I said it in another thread, this is an Open Playtest, not Open Development. The real goal, like it or not, is to find the problems and fix them, find the things that are unclear, more clear before 3P goes to print. They ran dragon and dungeon for years, they have plenty ideas and know where the big problems are in 3.5.
I don't expect to see any of my suggestions, ideas, or demands (even if Polymorph as a spell is a sacred cow!) in 3P.
