Half-Orc & Halfling - Abyssal as a Bonus Language?

Orcs in Golarion worship evil gods, who are sometimes demons and devils.

Halflings in Varisia, at least, are enslaved by the devil-worshipping Chelaxians.

I have to say, i thought it a little strange to see Abyssal as a bonus language for halflings. So there is no Infernal? I do not see why halflings being imprisoned in Cheliax would make Abyssal a bonus language choice. If it is world specific, I would think it belongs in a Pathfinder Chronicles book or something similar. Backwards compatibility aside, I missed the chapter in a particular trilogy that mentioned the secret sect of demon worshippers in the Shire.

Maybe this could be changed to Draconic, since Wizard is now a favored class of the 'flings. Beware the might of Bilbo the Blue and Frodo the Fuscia.
